Job Title: Telesales – Real Estate

Job Summary:

Livnest is looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller with prior experience in BPO, insurance, or personal calling roles. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining real estate offerings, and scheduling site visits or follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads

- Explain Livnest’s real estate projects and services clearly

- Understand customer requirements and maintain proper follow-ups

- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team

- Maintain call records and update CRM regularly

- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead conversion targets

Eligibility & Experience:

- Minimum 6 months experience in BPO / Insurance / Personal Calling / Telecalling

- Good communication skills in English & Hindi

- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach

- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel preferred

Work Details:

• Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Week Off: Monday
