Make outbound calls to potential delivery partners using the company’s CRM/mobile app.
Explain job role, requirements, earnings structure, and onboarding process.
Assist candidates with registration, documentation, and verification steps.
Achieve daily calling and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate candidate records in CRM.
Coordinate with central HR/operations teams for onboarding.
Handle queries and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Submit daily progress reports to the reporting manager.
Strong communication in Bengali, Hindi
Comfortable with high-volume calling
Basic computer and CRM handling skills
Ability to meet targets and operate in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in BPO/tele-calling/recruitment is an advantage
Freshers (Mandatory 3-Month OJT)All freshers must undergo a mandatory On-the-Job Training (OJT) for 3 months.OJT stipend range: 8,000 - 10,000 depending on skillset, communication, and overall potential.Post-OJT (Probation): Salary will increase by 25%, based on performance during the training period.
