Job Summary

As a Tele calling Executive at Macherbs, you will be the first point of contact for customers. Your primary role is to promote our herbal products, answer customer queries, generate leads, and ensure excellent customer service over the phone.

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Promote Macherbs herbal products and explain their benefits clearly.

• Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer questions or concerns.

• Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Follow up on leads and support the sales team in achieving targets.

• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

• Ensure a polite, professional, and positive customer experience on every call.
