We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and closing sales or generating leads.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the database provided.
Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
Explain the product or service in detail and generate interest.
Schedule appointments or product demonstrations if required.
Maintain records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
Follow up with leads and prospects.
Provide feedback on customer reactions and market trends.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to improve performance.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in [English/Hindi/Regional Languages] as required.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software is a plus).
