About the Role
We are looking for experienced Telesales Executives with a strong background in selling loan products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proven sales ability, and a strong understanding of loan/financial services.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch our products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and existing customer references.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and convert qualified leads into successful applications.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, documentation process, and timelines clearly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and approvals.
Handle customer queries, objections, and provide timely resolutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory: Minimum 1–3 years of telesales experience in the loan/finance/banking industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle high-volume calling and meet monthly targets.
Good understanding of loan products, eligibility criteria, and financial terminology.
Persuasive selling skills and customer-centric approach.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience.
