Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls to leads for personal loan and credit improvement plan (CIP) sales

• Understand customer needs and pitch the right product

• Educate users about their credit score and suggest our CIP

• Follow up through calls, WhatsApp & SMS to convert leads

• Maintain daily call reports and CRM entries

• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Experience - Fresher

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Basic understanding of credit scores (CIBIL/Experience)

• Comfortable using CRM software and Google Sheets

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday

- Salary: Fixed + Attractive Incentive
