Job Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through calls and explain suitable insurance plans.

• Generate leads and convert them into customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

• Achieve monthly sales and NOP (Number of Policies) targets.

• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Build good relationships with customers and provide proper assistance throughout the sales process.

• Coordinate with the internal team for policy issuance and documentation.

• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.

• Follow company sales processes, compliance guidelines, and reporting requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Freshers are welcome.

• Insurance/Telecalling/Sales experience will be an advantage.
