This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls and maintaining regular follow-ups with current clients with a customer-first approach for lasting relationships. The role offers ₹14000 - ₹18000 in an engaging and rewarding environment.Key Responsibilities:Call potential customers to introduce & generate sales of our services/products.You have To consult them regarding their health issue and covince them to purchase our medicines.Accurately record customer information, including purchases, reactions, and preferences for future reference.Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by listening to their concerns and providing relevant solutions.Job Requirements:The ideal candidates for this role should have 0-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service experience with language skills in Hindi. The role is responsible for addressing customer concerns, offering guidance, and escalating issues as needed. This position requires Graduate and availability to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
