Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Tele sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating sales leads or conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Pitch products/services over the phone in a clear and confident manner.

Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

Follow up with leads and maintain customer records.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in [Gujarati/Hindi/English – mention as per your requirement].

Confident and goal-oriented.

Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools.

Previous tele sales or tele calling experience is a plus.
