Work time- 9:30 to 6:30

Location- Vijay nagar , Bangalore

Role -:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell company products/services.

• Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders and answer inquiries.

• Understand customer needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM software.

• Handle customer objections effectively and professionally.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

• Provide accurate information about pricing, features, and terms.
