Telecaller (Commission-Based)

Company: Jobaddaa Technology Pvt. Ltd.

Location: CBI Colony, Jagatpura, Jaipur

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation: Commission-Based (₹1000 per successful deal closure)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident telecaller who will promote and pitch our software subscriptions and related services to potential clients. The role requires strong communication skills and a persuasive approach to generate interest and drive conversions. For every successful closure, the candidate will receive a commission of ₹1000.

••Key Responsibilities••

• • Make outbound calls to potential clients and pitch software subscriptions & services

• • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly

• • Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions

• • Maintain a follow-up schedule with interested prospects

• • Keep records of calls, leads, and conversions

• • Achieve weekly/monthly targets of closures

• • Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive brand image while interacting with clients.
  

••Requirements••

• Good verbal communication skills (Hindi & basic English).

• Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.

• Ability to persuade and handle objections.

• Basic knowledge of sales/telecalling preferred.

• Prior experience in telesales or software sales is an advantage (not mandatory).

• Must be comfortable with commission-based earnings.
