Job Description for Admission Counsellor

Roles and Responsibilities

· Recruit students by making cold calls ,attend college fairs and promote the institute to prospective students and their parents.

· Answer questions about the school, programs, and admission requirements. 

·  Ensure students have the information they need and address any issues with their applications.

· Follow up with leads to answer questions, provide information, and encourage application submissions.

· Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets, including application submissions, confirmations, and registrations.

· Work with other counselors and departments to make admissions decisions and ensure a smooth transition for new students.

Skills and Qualifications

· Excellent communication skills.

· Multilingual candidates are preferred.

· 1+ years of relevant work experience.

· Ability to work independently and in a team.

· Passion for education and helping students.

· Listening and interpersonal skills.

· Any Bachelor’s degree /diploma required.
