Job Summary:
JKS Group is looking for dynamic and result-driven Telesales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves contacting students, parents, and institutes to inform them about our career counselling services, educational programs, and generate admissions and sales through effective tele-calling.
Key Responsibilities:
Explain and promote Career Counselling, University Admissions, and Skill Development Programs.
Make outbound calls to students, parents, and educational institutes.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain and update leads database and CRM records.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly call reports.
Follow up on leads and schedule meetings with interested candidates.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
Confident with good convincing ability
Positive attitude and result-oriented approach
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Graduate
Experienced candidates can apply
Prior experience in Telesales/Tele calling is an added advantage
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
