Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and increasing company business by onboarding new partners, retaining existing customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard new shop owners, merchants, and partners for JustForPay services.
Promote company products and services to potential customers and explain benefits effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Provide training and guidance to customers/partners on how to use JustForPay services effectively.
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service offerings.
Prepare and maintain reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
Key Skills & Requirements
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer management (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain long-term relationships.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
Comfortable with field sales, customer visits, and regular travel (if required).
Basic knowledge of digital banking, financial services, or rural markets will be an added advantage.
