Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote banking products.

Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly to customers.

Handle customer queries and provide suitable solutions.

Maintain accurate records of calls and sales.

Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with clients.

Requirements:

Education: Intermediate / Degree (any discipline).

Experience: Freshers candidates can apply.

Language Skills: Manageable ((English and Hindi))

communication required.

Work Days: 6 days working (as per ICICI Bank schedule).

Compensation:

CTC: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month
