Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining products/services, and converting prospects into customers.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers.Understand customer needs and offer solutions/products accordingly.Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer information.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues.Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients.Record and update call logs and client information.Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).Ability to learn about products and services quickly.Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.Self-motivated and target-oriented.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).Fluency in Hindi and English.Experience in [industry-specific sales, if any].Perks and Benefits:Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.Training and career development.Friendly and supportive work environment.
