Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.

• Explain about travel, hospitality, and weekend event clearly and convincingly.

• Encourage customer participation in weekend events and activities.

• Maintain accurate records of all customer communications and follow-ups.

• Resolve customer queries efficiently, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when needed.

• Meet targets related to call handling, satisfaction scores, and conversions.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass

• 0–2 years of experience in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or Event Management or any other field.

• Freshers are always welcome.

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

• Open to 6 days working (Day Shift).
