Key Responsibilities:

✔ Handle outbound & inbound calls professionally
✔ Communicate with clients regarding media services & promotions
✔ Maintain daily call records and follow-ups
✔ Coordinate with internal team for client requirements
✔ Update reports and data in Excel sheets
✔ Build good client relationships through effective communication
