Title: Telesales (Lead Generation Process)

Location : Near Agripada Police Station, Mumbai.

Salary : Fixed +Incentives

- Experienced - 20k to 30k

- Freshers - upto 20k only candidate with fluent in regional languages

Females are Highly Preferred (can look for males also)

Office Timing and Days - Mon to Sat, 10am to 7pm

Mandatory Languages - Hindi and Average English

Regional Languages (Optional) - Malayalam/ Telugu/ Odia/ Asami/ Kannada/ Gujarati/ Marathi/ Rajasthani.

Key Responsibilities:

- Explaining Product features, benefits and pricing to interested customers.

- Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.

- Handling incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries or complaints.

- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the database.

- Promote our product range to the customers and achieve targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Prior experience in the telesales or pharma field is an advantage.

• Good communication skills needed.

• Good command over WORD and EXCEL software.
