Department: Telesales Location: ICICI Lombard GIC Ltd, 6th Floor, Varun Towers-II, Opposite Hyderabad Public School, Begumpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500016

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell insurance products over the phone

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

• Maintain records of calls and sales

• Meet daily and monthly sales targets

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Undergraduate or Graduate degree

• Basic proficiency in English and Hindi

• Understanding of insurance concepts

• Freshers welcome; minimum 6 months of BPO experience preferred

🕒 Work Schedule

• 6 days working

• Rotational shifts

• Rotational weekly offs
