We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive who can explain our product to potential leads, handle inquiries, and provide basic customer support.Your role will include understanding the customer’s needs, explaining how our product works, scheduling demos if needed, and supporting them during onboarding.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead CommunicationCall incoming leads and explain the product in simple, clear languageUnderstand customer requirements and suggest the right planConvert leads into paid customers through effective communicationFollow daily call targets and maintain high-quality interactionsProduct ExplanationGive product walkthrough over call/WhatsApp/Zoom (if required)Explain key features, benefits, and use-casesAnswer pre-sales questions confidentlyCustomer Support & OnboardingAssist new users in account setup and onboardingHandle basic queries related to login, features, app usage, etc.Coordinate with Customer Success Team for advanced issuesMaintain customer satisfaction by giving timely responsesDocumentation & ReportingUpdate CRM with call notes and lead statusShare customer feedback with the product teamPrepare daily/weekly reports on lead activity and conversions🎯 Required SkillsExcellent communication skills (Hindi required, English optional but preferred)Clear voice, confident speaking, and polite behaviorAbility to explain a tech product in simple wordsBasic computer knowledge (CRM, WhatsApp, email, calling tools)Ability to handle pressure and follow up consistently🧑💼 QualificationsMinimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)Prior telesales / customer support experience is a plusComfortable with phone / video -based communication
