We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive who can explain our product to potential leads, handle inquiries, and provide basic customer support.
Your role will include understanding the customer’s needs, explaining how our product works, scheduling demos if needed, and supporting them during onboarding.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Communication
Call incoming leads and explain the product in simple, clear language
Understand customer requirements and suggest the right plan
Convert leads into paid customers through effective communication
Follow daily call targets and maintain high-quality interactions
Product Explanation
Give product walkthrough over call/WhatsApp/Zoom (if required)
Explain key features, benefits, and use-cases
Answer pre-sales questions confidently
Customer Support & Onboarding
Assist new users in account setup and onboarding
Handle basic queries related to login, features, app usage, etc.
Coordinate with Customer Success Team for advanced issues
Maintain customer satisfaction by giving timely responses
Documentation & Reporting
Update CRM with call notes and lead status
Share customer feedback with the product team
Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead activity and conversions
🎯 Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (Hindi required, English optional but preferred)
Clear voice, confident speaking, and polite behavior
Ability to explain a tech product in simple words
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, WhatsApp, email, calling tools)
Ability to handle pressure and follow up consistently
🧑💼 Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
Prior telesales / customer support experience is a plus
Comfortable with phone / video -based communication
