Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell insurance products.
Explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly to clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client information in the CRM system.
Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and close sales.
Provide prompt and professional responses to customer queries.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months - 2 years of experience in insurance sales or telesales.
Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu & Hindi.
Target-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
Knowledge of insurance products (life, health, or general insurance) is preferred.
Basic computer skills for CRM usage and reporting.
