Job Profile: Outbound Sales Executive

Position: Outbound Sales Executive

Department: Sales / Business Development

Location: [Vasanth Nagar, Bangalore]

Experience: 0–2 years (Fresher’s with good communication skills can apply)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range

₹15,000 to ₹20,000 Take Home + incentives

Work Timings

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Working Days

Monday to Sunday (6 Days Working)

Week Off:

Rotational Week Off – Saturday and Sunday Working

Job Summary

The Outbound Sales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers. This role requires strong communication, persuasion skills, and the ability to meet daily/weekly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers based on the assigned leads.

  • Explain company products/services clearly and confidently.

  • Generate new leads and follow up on existing leads to convert them into sales.

  • Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes in the CRM.

  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and local language.

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to handle customer objections confidently.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

  • Good listening skills and customer-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work in a target-based environment.

 

Qualifications

  • Any graduate or 12th pass with relevant experience.

  • Prior experience in outbound sales
