9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Monday to Sunday (6 Days Working)

Rotational Week Off – Saturday and Sunday Working
Job Summary
The Outbound Sales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers. This role requires strong communication, persuasion skills, and the ability to meet daily/weekly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers based on the assigned leads.
Explain company products/services clearly and confidently.
Generate new leads and follow up on existing leads to convert them into sales.
Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes in the CRM.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and local language.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Good listening skills and customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a target-based environment.
Qualifications
Any graduate or 12th pass with relevant experience.
Prior experience in outbound sales
