We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves using a combination of communication, sales, and customer service skills to promote and sell products or services over the phone. You will be responsible for engaging potential customers, explaining product features, addressing inquiries, and closing sales, while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries.

• Present and explain product/service features effectively.

• Build rapport, identify customer needs, and offer suitable solutions.

• Handle customer objections with patience and professionalism.

• Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.

• Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

• Proven sales or telesales experience is an advantage.

• Patience, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection positively.

• Good computer literacy and ability to work with CRM tools.

• Solid understanding of the products/services offered.

• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and results-oriented mindset.
