• Make outbound calls to potential customers based on leads provided

• Explain internet/broadband plans, offers and promotions

• Understand customer requirements and suggest best suited plans

• Generate and convert leads into successful sales activations

• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain accurate records

• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets

• Coordinate with field teams for activation / installation support

• Maintain high call quality, customer satisfaction and compliance standards
