Job Overview: We are seeking dynamic and motivated Tele Marketing Executives (Female Candidates Only) to join our team. As a Tele Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting and promoting our products, and ensuring that sales targets are met. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior telecalling experience or freshers with a strong interest in telesales. Candidates who are fluent in Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada will have a higher chance of being selected, but basic English communication skills are a must. If you're confident in your communication skills and eager to contribute to a growing company, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

 Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products and services.  Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide detailed information about various offerings.

 Provide clear and accurate explanations of product features, benefits, and terms.

 Ensure all communication with customers is recorded accurately in the CRM system.

 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

 Follow-up with potential leads and customers for conversions.

 Maintain a positive relationship with customers and address any queries or concerns they may have.

 Report on sales performance and provide regular updates to management.

 Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all customer interactions.
