### Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads

• Promote and explain travel packages and services offered by the company

• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings

• Maintain customer records and update database regularly

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally

### Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or Gujarati; English is a plus

• Good convincing and negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
