We are looking for any fresher and experience candidates with excellent communication skills, HSC pass candidates.Andheri east location near metro.

We are currently looking to collaborate with a consultancy services firm to help us hire suitable candidates for the role of Tele-Caller for our organization.

Below are the details of the job role and requirements for your reference:

Job Role: Tele-Caller (International Process – US Market)

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling inbound calls received through our internal portal. The role requires interacting with customers professionally and providing accurate information as per company guidelines.

Key Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English

Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with international clients

Willingness to work in night shifts

Freshers are welcome, prior international or domestic process experience is not mandatory

Comprehensive training will be provided to all selected candidates.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (IST)

Lunch Break: 45 minutes

Weekends: Saturday and Sunday off

Salary Structure:

For Freshers (No International/Domestic Process Experience):

CTC Range: ₹2,16,000 to ₹3,00,000 per annum

Candidates with no prior experience in international or domestic

processes will be considered under this category.

For Experienced Candidates (1+ Year of Experience):

CTC Range: ₹3,30,000 to ₹4,55,000 per annum

Location: Sakinaka,Andheri East. Near Sakinaka Metro station

For Freshers salary range is 18000- 25000 +attractive incentives.

For minimum 6 months of experience salary range is 28000-40000 + attractive incentives.
