Job Summary
ACT Fibernet is looking for energetic and customer-focused Telesales Executives to promote and sell high-speed internet plans. The role involves outbound calling, lead conversion, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain ACT Fibernet broadband plans.
Convert leads into sales by recommending suitable plans based on customer needs.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.
Coordinate with field sales and installation teams for smooth service activation.
Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English and regional language.
Strong persuasion & negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM/Excel).
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
12th pass / Graduate
Minimum 1year–2 years telesales experience (preferred)
