
The Doctor's Connect Execu ve at Healthmug will be responsible for reaching out to doctors, onboarding them onto the Healthmug pla orm, and managing ongoing sales rela onships with them. This role is a blend of customer engagement, sales, and pla orm management, requiring strong communica on and organiza onal skills to expand our network of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibili es: 1. Doctor Onboarding: o Make outbound calls to doctors to introduce them to the Healthmug pla orm. o Explain the features and benefits of the pla orm and guide doctors through the registra on process. o Ensure successful onboarding by addressing any queries or concerns the doctors may have. 2. Sales and Rela onship Management: o Build and maintain posi ve rela onships with doctors. o Promote relevant products and services to doctors to encourage sales. o Regularly follow up with onboarded doctors to ensure engagement with the pla orm. o Meet sales targets by ac vely pitching products and services. 3. Customer Support: o Provide ongoing support to doctors using the pla orm. o Address any technical or service-related queries they might have, ensuring high sa sfac on. 4. Repor ng and Feedback: o Maintain accurate records of onboarding progress and sales ac vi es. o Provide regular updates to the management team on performance, doctor engagement, and feedback received.
