
Post : Telesales Executive
- Build and manage client relationships.
- Contact potential customers and offer suitable products.
- Explain products clearly and close sales.
- Work with teams to ensure good customer service.
- Keep sales records updated.
- Solve customer issues or escalate when needed.
Candidate Profile :
• Minimum 1 year experience in Telesales / Telecalling / BPO Sales
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Ability to handle outbound calls and generate sales
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM handling)
• Good follow-up and customer handling skills
