We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential and existing clients over the phone, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
• Explain products/services clearly and persuasively to customers.
• Maintain positive relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Keep accurate records of calls, feedback, and leads in the system.
• Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Requirements
• 12th Pass / Graduate with good communication skills.
• Prior experience in telecalling/telemarketing/customer service preferred (freshers can also apply).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle pressure.
• Fluency in [English]
