Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Telesales Executive to contribute to our sales team. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales over the phone, and maintaining good customer relationships. Ideal candidates must have prior experience in telesales, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and sales.

• Explain Gubbacci’s products, pricing, and services to customers in a clear and convincing manner.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM tools.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in telesales or inside sales.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages (preferred).

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
