As a Tele Sales Executive , you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering customer relationships through phone-based interactions. Your primary duties will include reaching out to potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable products or services to meet those needs. You will be expected to manage a high volume of calls, engage with leads, and follow up to close sales deals. You will also handle customer inquiries, provide information about our offerings, and resolve any issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. In addition to making outbound sales calls, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all communications and sales activities using CRM tools. Your ability to effectively pitch, negotiate, and overcome objections will be key to your success in this role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and a passion for sales. Previous tele sales or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
