Job Title: Telesales Executive – Homelane Interiors

Job Overview:

We are hiring Telesales Executives for the Homelane Interiors process. This role involves connecting with potential customers who have shown interest in interior design services through online platforms. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and setting up appointments with Homelane design experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers who have shown interest in Homelane services.

• Explain Homelane’s interior design offerings and customized home solutions.

• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on their budget, location, and preferences.

• Book appointments or consultations with design experts.

• Maintain call records, update CRM tools, and follow up as required.

• Achieve daily and monthly call/lead conversion targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate / Postgraduate

• Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)

• Experience: 0–6 months (freshers welcome)

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of interior design/home décor is a plus

• Familiarity with CRM tools and target-driven environments preferred.

Salary and Benefits:

• Take-home Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹18,000/month

• Incentives: Performance-based, up to ₹40,000/month

Work Schedule:

• Working Days: 6 days/week with 1 rotational off

• Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
