Job Title: Telesales Executive (Night Shift)

Shift Timings: 8 PM – 5 AM (U.S. Shift)

Job Summary:

We are hiring Telesales Executives to join our international sales team. You will make outbound calls to U.S. customers, explain our products/services, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to promote and sell products/services.

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

• Follow up on leads and update CRM records.

• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Provide excellent customer service and handle queries.

• Work with the team to improve performance.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of telesales or customer service experience (international preferred).

• Excellent spoken English and persuasion skills.

• Comfortable working night shifts (U.S. timing).

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.

• Positive attitude and good communication skills.

Education:

• Minimum: High School/Diploma

• Preferred: Graduate in any discipline
