Telesales

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive with strong experience in lead generation, cold calling, and B2B client acquisition. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to potential B2B clients to promote company products sales.

• Identify, qualify, and generate high-quality leads through outbound calling, email outreach, and follow-ups.

• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and manage the lead database efficiently.

• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Schedule meetings or demos for the business development team when required.

• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Maintain client communication and build long-term business relationships.

• Prepare and share regular reports on lead generation and call results.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, or lead generation (preferably B2B).

• Strong cold calling skills and ability to handle objections.

• Fluent in English.

• Proven experience in B2B client generation.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
