Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls for motor insurance products
Provide accurate product information and renewals support
Follow-up with customers and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve daily/weekly calling & conversion targets.
🎯 Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional languages)
Experience in General Insurance (Motor) will be an added advantage
Basic computer knowledge Positive attitude & customer-centric approach
