We are looking for a proactive and communicative Real Estate Telecaller / Client Relationship Executive to handle client coordination and follow-ups. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining property details, convincing them to visit project sites, and maintaining regular follow-ups to support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
Coordinate with clients and understand their property requirements
Explain project details clearly and professionally
Convince clients to schedule and visit the site
Arrange and confirm site visit appointments
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients
Update client information and follow-up status in records/CRM
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth site visit execution
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and local language
Ability to convince and build rapport with clients
Basic knowledge of real estate preferred (training will be provided)
Follow-up oriented and well-organized
Comfortable with calling and client interaction
