Job Title: Tele-Sales Executive (Banking)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers and provide banking-related information.

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable banking products and services.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving queries effectively.

• Update customer records and interactions in the system.

• Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
   

Requirements:

• Any graduate (Banking/Finance background is a plus).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

• Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset.

• Basic knowledge of banking products is an advantage.
