We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Telesales Executives to promote and sell insurance products (Life, Health, or General Insurance) over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales ability, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers to inform them about various insurance products (Life, Health, Motor, etc.).

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans.

• Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly.

• Generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain call and sales records in CRM.

• Follow up with interested customers for closure and documentation.

• Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure post-sale support.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Good understanding of insurance products (preferred but not mandatory).

• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

• Positive attitude, target-oriented, and self-motivated.

• Fluency in English / Hindi / Regional language/Tamil/Kannada/Marati/Odiya/Mnipuri
