Key Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explaining the company’s products or services to customers.
Generating leads and converting them into sales.
Maintaining a database of customer information and updating call records.
Following up with interested customers.
Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handling customer queries and providing accurate information.
Coordinating with the sales team and reporting to the manager.
Required Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
