KRA'S:

• Make outbound calls to potential business clients and introduce FirstLease's commercial leasing solutions.

• Understand customer needs and qualify them as potential leads.

• Explain product features, benefits, and value propositions clearly and effectively.

• Schedule meetings or demos for the field sales team.

• Maintain and update lead database in CRM software.

• Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, or WhatsApp to nurture leads.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and appointments.

• Gather feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.

  Skills Required:

• Graduate in any discipline; a background in Sales, Marketing, or Communication is a plus.

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or telecalling (B2B or real estate preferred).

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a bonus).

• Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and email communication.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
