Fireline Technology is looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller Executive to generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a persuasive approach to convert prospects into potential leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers

• Generate and qualify leads for sales team

• Explain company products/services clearly to prospects

• Maintain daily call records and lead data

• Follow up with interested clients regularly

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate

• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English

• Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus (freshers can apply)

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

• Basic knowledge of CRM or Excel preferred
