Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers for Business Loan products through the DSA channel.

  • Generate and qualify leads for Business Loans, Working Capital Loans, OD/CC.

  • Explain loan features, eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and repayment terms clearly to customers.

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable loan products.

  • Follow up with interested customers to close leads and achieve monthly targets.

  • Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM.

  • Ensure compliance with company and lending partner policies.
