- Shift: 24/7 Rotational, 6 days a week with 1 weekly off

- Shift Timing for Girls: 7-8 hour window

Responsibilities:

- Handling customer queries via phone, chat, or other channels

- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

- Possibly handling transactions, troubleshooting, or escalating complex issues to senior teams

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
