We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Personal Loan Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our personal loan products, and persuading them to apply. Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to individuals who have expressed interest in personal loans or fit the target demographic.

2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the personal loan products offered by the company, including features, interest rates, and eligibility criteria.

3. Customer Education: Explain the benefits of personal loans and address any questions or concerns potential customers may have.

4. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and assess the customer's financial needs to recommend suitable loan products.

5. Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches to encourage customers to apply for personal loans, emphasizing key features and advantages.

6. Documentation: Assist customers in completing loan applications and guide them through the documentation process.

7. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address additional inquiries, and guide customers through the loan approval process.

8. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards during all interactions with customers.

10. CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in telesales or a similar role preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Basic understanding of financial products, particularly personal loans.

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

• High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or finance is a plus.
