Key Responsibilities:

2. Answer incoming calls from customers inquiring about our offerings and assist them with their queries.
3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
4. Update customer information in the database to ensure accurate record-keeping.
5. Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in our services to guide them through the application process.
6. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing customers.
