Job Summary
- We’re looking for a results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales over the phone. You’ll be responsible for hitting monthly targets, maintaining client relationships, and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers (B2B/B2C) to promote products/services.
- Explain product features, pricing, and value proposition clearly.
- Qualify leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and sales .
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Handle objections professionally and upsell/cross-sell when possible.
- Work in a team to improve scripts and strategies.
Required Skills
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic English and/or local language (Tamil) fluency.
- Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in outbound sales is a plus but not mandatory.
